Wednesday, December 1st, 2010 at 11:12 pm Comments (2) Justin Bieber’s bodyguard recently found himself facing assault charges after a photographer alleged that the man had shoved him up against an SUV and seriously injured his back. The photographer, Jason Nicholas, has allegedly claimed that while he was outside the London Hotel in New York City on Friday, November 26, he attempted to take a photograph of Justin Bieber. However, the photographer claims that Bieber’s bodyguard stepped in and became increasingly aggressive against him in order to try and stop him from taking photos. The photographer told E! News, “Bieber comes out with a small group, two bodyguards, one handler and one other person. Without blocking the door, I stuck my camera out with my arm and shot him. The bodyguard snapped. He shoved me up against the SUV.” He continued on with the incident, saying, “He was super aggressive and it happened right in front of Justin Bieber, who got right in the car.” The photographer was treated to the Presbyterian Weill-Cornell Hospital, and was reportedly diagnosed with “strained muscle” and was released the same day and filed an assault report after wards November 30. Justin Bieber and Drake (both Canadian) will be competing with one another next year for Best New Artist at next year’s Grammy Awards.
They won nominations Wednesday night at a special concert at Club Nokia in Los Angeles that was carried live on CBS and Global.
Justin is nominated in two categories;Best Pop Vocal Album and Best New artist.
“I want to thank all my fans and everybody,” Justin said in a televised interview from London, Ont., near his hometown of Stratford, right after the announcement.
The Grammys will be awarded Sunday, Feb. 13, at Staples Center in Los Angeles and broadcast live on CBS.

Justin Bieber wants to finish High School and go to University

Justin has revealed he plans to go to university, even after selling millions of albums by the age of just 16.
“I always travel with a private tutor who I have five three-hour sessions a week with,” he told a news conference in Madrid where he is promoting his third album, My Worlds: The Collection.
“I want to finish high school and also university and then evolve wherever my music takes me.
“I also want to stick my head in the movie world, although I am going to focus on my music for now,” he added.

Justin Bieber appeared to ‘hit on’ the X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole, after his performance “Somebody to Love” on the talent show last night.
When interviewed by host Dermot O’Leary after his performance, Justin waved at Cheryl and cheekily said with raised eyebrows: “I want to say hello to Cheryl Cole, hello.”
It seems that flirt coach Bieber had apparently hired is working, as while Cole laughed off Justin’s advances, Justin then held his hand up to his ear and signaled that she should call him.

Justin Bieber is currently struggling as puberty changes his vocal chords, but has a voice expert watching over him and ensure he can still perform his songs live.
“Justin is physically developing at a slower rate than most guys so his voice is only breaking now,”
“He’s working with the best in the business, a specialist called Jan Smith, to make sure he gets as much vocal rest as humanly possible for a working pop star. It’s the same people who worked with Usher when his voice broke.” a source said.
Justin has previously said that puberty is no big deal.
